Pastor of the New Mt. Ararat Temple of Prayer church, the Presiding Prelate of the Dunamis Covenant Fellowship of Churches and the Western New York Interdenominational Council of Bishops.

   He is a member of the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops of Cleveland, Ohio under the leadership of Arch Bishop David M. Copeland. Bishop Brown is also the Establishmentarian of the Temple of Prayer Youth and Family Outreach Ministry, Temple of Prayer Enterprises Inc., Temple of Prayer Spiritual Equipping & Ministry Institute and the Sons of the King Ministry.
